UST Projector Screen Size Guide
Plan diagonal, viewable width, case width, seating and projector placement before ordering a large UST ALR screen.
Diagonal is not the same as cabinet width
A 16:9 screen's advertised diagonal describes the image area, not the full floor-rising case. The chassis and side supports add width beyond the viewable image.
Measure the room and furniture
Record wall width, available floor/furniture width, ceiling height and the highest point the screen can rise without hitting shelves, art or lighting.
Confirm projector geometry
UST projectors require a size-specific distance and height relationship to the screen. Check your projector manual before choosing screen size.
72-inch Vividstorm example
The supplied drawing for the 72-inch S PRO P shows a 1594 mm viewable width and 896 mm viewable height inside an 1831 mm overall floor case.

Pre-purchase checklist
- Target diagonal
- Exact viewable width and height
- Overall case width
- Rise height and ceiling clearance
- Projector placement for that diagonal
- Power access and cable routing
